Just connect the TuneView transceiver to a USB port on a PC or Mac that is running iTunes. Then pick up the TuneView remote and you're ready to go. The transceiver and the remote communicate with each other via a 2.4 GHz radio signal that works through walls. The TuneView software running on the computer queries iTunes each time that information is needed and transmits this data to the remote.
